The small print / privacy
Summary — the formal data-protection review is completed before public launch.
Catalog data only: publicly announced facts about electronic-music events — titles, dates, venues, cities, performer names, and links to official ticket pages — aggregated from public sources such as promoter sites, Resident Advisor, Bandsintown, and event posters.
Account data if you create one: your email address, a display name you choose, and the artists/promoters you follow and events you save. Passwords are stored only as Supabase Auth hashes; we never see them.
Catalog data about performing artists is processed under legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): promoting public music events that artists have themselves advertised publicly. We store professional facts only — no private information, no reputational content, no contact details.
Account data is processed to perform the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b)): showing your personal feed of followed artists and saved events.
No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. No selling of data. No scraping behind logins, no automated bypassing of access controls, no caching of artwork (we link out to sources).
We do not send marketing email. The only account emails are transactional (sign-in links).
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability — all exercisable via the takedown/contact page.
Deleting your account removes your profile, follows, and saved events immediately (database cascade). Catalog corrections for named individuals are handled through the same takedown path.
Account data lives until you delete it. Catalog event data is refreshed from sources on each ingestion run; events whose dates pass remain in history unless corrected or removed via takedown.
